We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Covers

• Cells that arrive defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival)

• Verified capacity or performance issues caused by manufacturing defects

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Improper installation or assembly

• Spot welding, soldering, or any modification of the cell

• Physical damage, punctures, dents, or crushed cells

• Water or moisture damage

• Overcharging, over-discharging, or misuse

• Damage caused by incorrect chargers or battery management systems (BMS)

• Normal wear and capacity degradation over time

Any warranty claim must be reported within the warranty period. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, the defective cell(s) will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
