Shipping Policy

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Used, installed, modified, welded, soldered, or damaged battery cells are not eligible for return.

Battery rebuild services and custom-built battery packs are non-refundable once work has begun.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our 18650 battery cells include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear or capacity loss

  • Any modified or opened cells

Battery Rebuild Services

Rebuilt battery packs include a 3-month limited warranty from the shipping date.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Improper installation

  • Accidental damage

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Batteries that have been opened, modified, repaired, or tampered with by anyone other than our technicians
