• This service is priced per individual battery unit.

• Each SeaBob is equipped with two separate battery units.

• If you would like to rebuild both batteries, please order a quantity of two (2).

• The Battery Management System (BMS) is NOT replaced. The original BMS provided by the client will be reused.

• Cost-effective alternative to purchasing a new battery.

• Restores battery performance and runtime.

• Professionally rebuilt and fully tested before shipment.

• Environmentally friendly by reusing the original battery enclosure.

• Customers are responsible for shipping their battery unit(s) to us if needed for customized items. Once the rebuild and testing process is complete, each battery will be securely packaged and returned ready for installation.

• Shipping cost will be added to the invoice once the order is received. this will depends on the weight and size of the products ordered.

• Products will be shipped mainly from UPS and FedEx.

• Delivery will be expected between 3 to 7 business days after shipment confirmation.

• Total service cost: $1,000 USD

• Extra charge: $200 USD (Non-refundable). This is per SeaBob, and it is only applicable if Clients provides the SeaBob unit. The extra charge covers initial diagnostics, disassembly, and preparation. This will be added to the invoice if applicable.

This service guarantees the full replacement of all battery cells.

Once completed, the only component that can affect the functionality of the battery is the client-provided BMS.

Therefore:

• If the battery does not function properly after the rebuild, the cause will be solely attributed to the BMS

• The BMS is not part of this service and is not repaired, tested, or replaced

• The rebuild process is not reversible once completed

As a result:

👉 The client agrees to pay the full service amount ($1,000 USD) regardless of the final outcome, as the cell replacement work has been fully completed.

By proceeding with this service, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• The BMS is reused at their own risk.

• The service strictly covers cell replacement and rebuild.

• There are no other causes of failure beyond the BMS after completion.

Our battery rebuild service includes a 3-month limited warranty, effective from the date the rebuilt battery is shipped to the customer.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues related to the rebuild service and the replacement cells installed by our technicians.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use.

• Reduced battery capacity due to normal aging or usage.

• Physical damage, impact, abuse, or misuse.

• Water damage, corrosion, or exposure to excessive heat or moisture.

• Damage resulting from improper charging or the use of incompatible chargers.

• Batteries that have been opened, disassembled, modified, repaired, or otherwise tampered with by anyone other than Battery Outlet US.

• Damage caused by accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
